TERMS AND RESTRICTIONS

1. Kindly note that Country Lodge and Fairview Hotel are separate hotels.
2. The Fairview Pool is for Fairview residents only and the Fairview does not offer a daily charge for non-residents wishing to use the pool.
3. Country Lodge guests cannot sign for meals at Fairview Restaurants (this privilege is afforded only to Fairview Hotel Residents)
4. Country Lodge guests entering the Fairview cannot do so from a Fairview side entrance. Country Lodge guests are required to enter Fairview through the main Fairview entrance (similar to all non-Fairview residents)
5. Country Lodge Rates are in Kshs. Any reference to a dollar rate is therefore simply an approximation.
6. For Travel Agents: As rates are so low, rates are not commissionable.
7. Credit card or deposit is required to guarantee the room.
8. Check-in: 11:00 a.m. · Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
9. Late checkout fees: Rooms are charged at half-rate from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Thereafter, full overnight charges apply.
10. Please note that extra beds are not available.
11. Rates are subject to change without notice.
12. All services including Breakfast, mini-conference room, mini-gym are for resident guests only. Non resident guests joining resident guests for breakfast are kindly requested to pay by credit card only.
